WEN’s responsive support team works to monitor platform performance, update features, improve functionality and troubleshoot, troubleshoot, troubleshoot. We will collaborate with your team to help make sure your users’ experience is smooth and secure.

WEN Connect is the support model provided to members via time, resources, collaboration, and local control. The model is very dependent on member engagement and choice and includes four different components:
